Policy

Our policy at Gravista Graphic Design is to treat all our clients with the respect and commitment to quality that we would expect from any professional. All conversations and interactions will be carried out professionally and efficiently. We pride ourselves in providing a pleasant and affordable product and will use drafted proposals to manage timelines and payments.


Data & Privacy

Gravista Graphic Design will not issue any information that we have collected about our clients to any third parties, under any circumstances, except with prior approval from the client. Information collected from clients will be stored in our database for correspondence, payment, and product development situations only.


Contact

Gravista Graphic Design reserves the right to contact clients during normal business hours regarding product development and payment situations. Potential clients and existing clients reserve the right to contact Gravista Graphic Design at any time, and if the party is unable to reach us, Gravista Graphic Design will respond to all inquiries within two (2) business days of the time of correspondence.


Delivery

Gravista Graphic Design relies on the following carriers for product delivery: Canada Post and Purolator. Delivery of finished product will be carried out once final payment is received. If a schedule is being used for the project, the payments outlined in that schedule will determine delivery. Projects usually have stages, some of which may require delivery upon completion, and if so delivery will be carried out upon payment for that project stage.


Guarantee

We have the utmost confidence in your satisfaction with choosing to let Gravista Graphic Design work with you on your design project. Using our proposal deadlines to ensure satisfaction, our client relationship will remain in good standing and produce quality products.


Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. Please see the terms and conditions attached to all proposals for cancellation fees and explanation of project stages (if no proposal is present, please see bottom of page for a link to the attached terms and conditions).


Payment

Payment will be scheduled into all proposals/contracts between Gravista Graphic Design and clients. Online payment will be governed by PayPal only. Other methods of payment will include checks (post dated, and must be included with signed proposal agreement before work will commence on the project), money orders, certified checks, or cash. Gravista Graphic Design charges $45 hourly rate, this is also the standard used for all fees that may be added to the invoice (revision, late payment, etc).


Complaints

All complaints made by clients are taken very seriously, and will be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Complaints are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and may be mailed to Gravista Graphic Design, or emailed to: Complaints.


Law and Jurisdiction

All legal assessments will be carried out under Canadian Law, in the province of Nova Scotia. All contracts will be binding under Canadian Law.
